LEADING CHANGE:
1- The positive psychology energizer/ Positive Thinking Game (90 minutes)
This is a collaborative game were trainees experience the importance of forwards thinking and practice adopting this mindset in order to achieve the change results rapidly and get rid of SILO’s mentality
2- Leading Change Module ( 90 min )
This will cover the theoretical part of the module
- Change and the key business drivers
- The 3 responses to change
- The change-reaction curve
- Do’s and don’ts of managing change
3- TRANSPOR Game ( 3 Hours)
- Teams are split into Teams and each team will be assigned to a change case and the team should navigate this by understanding the challenges from mangers point of view and from the team point of view , afterwards they must apply the steps to the successful change plan in order to win.
