Lead for Results The Treasure hunt

1- Energizer / Situation leadership game (90 minutes)
It’s a prerequisite for this course that trainees understand the situation leadership model and understand how to apply it, this energizer game will put them in the situational leadership experience to prepare them for the leadership in action course

2- Lead For Results Module ( 90 min )

This will cover the theoretical part of the module

• Recognise the importance of your Leadership Capital
• Review your leaders ‘inputs’ against your team member ‘outputs’
• Consider where you’re currently investing time, energy and focus across your team
• Introduce the Team Leadership Matrix
• Plan to make smarter decisions to get the best results from everyone

3- Treasure Hunt game  (3 hours )

In this tabletop game, participants will be lost in a TRASURE HUNT expedition, and their will be frustrations among the group , and here the leader will face the challenge to rescue the whole team while dealing with the different challenging situations; risks, different personality types among their group

Scores are presented on the morale of the expeditionary group, and each team’s leadership skills. Importantly, scores are NOT definitive, and teams may put a good case for other options – this makes for lively discussions about leadership.
